Office Proficiency Testing

I've been taking online courses in the Office Suite software in preparation to return to an administrative assistant position after many years out of the work force.   Any recommendations for an individual to test his/her  proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc?  No-charge tests would be best, but a site with minimal charges would be ok, too.
