Hi Nikesh Maharaj, can you remember any other admins in your organization? If you were able to access the admin center before, have you noticed the third admin except your colleague? The one who gaive the admin account to you should be the techinial contact of your organization, can he/she acess the admin center? Since we are unable to get the detailed information from your organization, may I know if all admins couldn't access the admin center?

    Hi Shawn,

I am the global administrator on this Tenant. I had the admin privileges since inception. My colleagues who are also global admins, do not have this function anymore either. im not sure why this was removed and on whose authority.

Please advise who i can contact.

    Thanks

    Hi Nikesh Maharaj,

From the image your provided, it indicated that you didn't have the access to the Microsoft 365 admin center anymore. You might be assigned the admin permission before, however, now your organization takes it back, so you are unable to access it. You should contact your IT department, report this situation, and let them re-assign proper admin permission for you. And the person who can perform this action should be the global admin in your organization.

If your global admin has trouble resolving your problem, you may kindly invite them involved in this thread, then we can provide further assistance for you specific situation.

    Regards,

    SD

    Hi Nikesh Maharaj,

Thanks for reaching us in our community!

May I know the exact error you have encountered in the web page?

You can try to open an incognito window, and go to Microsoft 365 admin center (https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/homepage) to see if you login normally. Or go to Outlook on the web (https://outlook.office.com/mail/inbox) first, then click nine dots icon at the left top area, and select Admin gear icon to see if it work?

If you still can't sign in, please share us the entire screenshot of the page so that we can make a further analysis for your specific situation.

We do appreciate your cooperation and kind patience.

    Regards,

    SD
