MS Word Developer Resizing Drop-Down Lists

How do you resize drop down box generic text so it fits in a table?  I have scoured MS Help and the web but to no avail.

    If you go to Design Mode, you can modifiy the place holder text

    Thanks, Doug.  That has helped a lot, however, the font is still justifying in an odd way.

    Is there a fix for that?
