Sharing Teams files with people not using Teams

I'd like to share teams files so they have consistent access to the files however the organisation they work for has said they're not able to download or use teams (not sure why, not my place to ask). What's the best way to do this?

    Every Microsoft Team automatically has a modern SharePoint team site associated with it; that's where channel documents are stored.

    Each channel is associated with a folder in the SharePoint site's document library.

    So we could share team files in SharePoint site as shown below:

    Hi @Madison Doyle ,

    There is a SharePoint site behind Teams.

    So, you can set External Sharing to Anyone for this Team by using the SharePoint admin center.

    They don't have to use Teams or login to the service when accessing files.
