I clicked and dragged an email from my Outlook inbox, and into iConnect, under "notes" in communications.
Are you using Outlook desktop client? If so, what's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook)
What's the type of your account? POP, IMAP or Exchange?
What's the iConnect you mentioned here? A email account in your Outlook or other programs?
