installing onenote on Android

Hi

Trying to install Onenote on Xioami Pad 6 pro (Android 13) i received a message that it is unsupported for this device. why is that and why does the web version of 365 doesn't include OneNote?

    Possibly OneNote doesn't work on Android Tabblets.
