Some time ago i get new mobile device wich do not support any more Google service (GMS). Mobile unit is Huawei Honor 30 pro plus, which had Huaiwe Mobile Sevice system. During installation to the phone our system i am stuck on a middle of installation process when shows "you are on a half way" and look like system have a problems with something.

It is better to contact manufacturer/OEM for hardware assistance as this is a build-in function for an Android device. To configure Android Enterprise devices, there are the following two requirements that need to meet:
    • Android OS version 6.0 and above.
    • Devices must run a build of Android that has Google Mobile Services (GMS) connectivity. Devices must have GMS available and must be able to connect to GMS.
There is no restriction on device manufacturer/OEM if the above requirements are met.

Also, as Huawei devices have very strict battery optimization and background process killing policies, you can try the following actions to see if they are help.

    1. Self-startup management
On the device, open “Optimizer”, then tap on “App Launch”. Locate Company Portal, Authenticator and other MS apps, tap on them and confirm “Auto-Launch”, “Secondary Launch” and “Run in background” are enabled.
    2. Power/battery optimization
On the device, search for “Special Access” on UI and navigate to it. Then navigate to “Battery Optimization”, make sure “Battery Optimization” is disabled on Company Portal, Authenticator and other MS apps.
    3. Cellular data control
3a. Open “Optimizer”, click on “Used x.xxB”. Then navigate to “network access”, locate Company Portal, Authenticator and other MS apps you used, tap on them and confirm “Mobile Data” and “WLAN” are allowed.
3b. Navigate to “Smart Data Saver”. Confirm Company Portal, Authenticator and other MS apps you used are in the exemptions.

Just add some more information. If the Huawei device is configured in some GMS restriction country or area, such as China, it is also not supported for GMS.
