Since you’ve already tried the PayPal route and are still stuck in loops with the support system, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly so they can securely access your account and billing history.

Before you reach out, it’s helpful to have the following ready:
- The email address linked to the charged Microsoft account
- A screenshot or transaction ID of the PayPal charge
