I have a subscription for Microsoft 365 Personal and also for Microsoft Copilot Pro but now when I try to open Microsoft Designer I get this message

Something didn't work correctly. Please wait a few minutes, then try again.

This issue occurs both in the browser and the app. What steps can be taken to resolve this?

Thank you!

Same problem here. It's certainly Microsoft related. Just stunned that they don't do anything about it. Need the tool, so very frustrating

Hello, I experience the same problem since 4 weeks already. I tried it multiple times, did all the things described above. I even had a couple of Service Calls with Microsoft and nothing helped. They told be it must be a Server Related Problem. Does anyone at Microsoft feel responsible for solving this issue and if yes, till when? Would like to plan when I can work with Designer again or if I need to find another solution. Many thanks :)

    Dear Catalina Dascalu,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with Microsoft Designer, especially since you have active subscriptions to Microsoft 365 Personal and Copilot Pro. You could try following these steps to solve the issue:

    1. Check Microsoft Service status: Check for any reported issues with Microsoft Designer or related authentication services. You can view the status here: Microsoft 365 Service health status. If there is a known problem, you may need to wait until Microsoft solves it.
    2. Using InPrivate browser: Press Ctrl + Shift + N to open a New InPrivate Window then try to access Microsoft Designer again. If it works in InPrivate mode, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete, adjust Time range to All time, make sure to check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files > Clear now
    3. If none of the steps above work, the problem is likely a specific issue with how your account's licenses (365 Personal and Copilot Pro) are provisioned for the Designer service. In this case, only Microsoft can resolve it. You can reach out directly through the Microsoft Support Contact Page
