Microsoft Team Error CAA50021 - Resolution requested

Hi Team,

 Microsoft Team reports the following error on system running Windows 10 Pro.

 Error Code: CAA50021


 Resolution would be appreciated.

    Had this issue where even office doesn't work anymore. Fix for me was to redo the windows account.

    Steps:
    Removed user under user accounts on control panel
    Removed the Profile list under registry
    restarted and added ad user again to computer accounts with administrator rights as before
    logged in to the account and was able to activate office and login to teams without issues.

    Hope this helps.

    PS. I didn't get the root of the problem just a quick fix

    I had a user with this issue.

    I was able to solve by going to Manage Account -> Access work or school, disconnected the account, and then reconnected it.

    No more issues

    Hi SamMFranklin-0920,

    It seems related to Azure AD join and registration service.

    We suggest you contact your admin to confirm if Mobile Device Management for Office 365 or Microsoft Intune services is enabled. If not, you may let admin login Azure AD admin login Azure AD admin center > Devices > Devices settings to check if “Users may register their devices with Azure AD” is enabled.

    Go to your Computer Settings, Accounts, Access Work or School and Disconnect the account. Reconnect it again and the Issue will be resolved. Worked for me for three different clients now.
