I have exported my contacts from my PC to a pst. On the Mac in Outlook I have a new email address and imported the contacts pst. However that contact list doesn’t show up on my phone, nor does it show up in the contacts when I login to outlook.com with my new email address. How can I get this to show up in those locations?

How do you import contacts? Do you import the contact pst file under "On My Computer"?

If so, those contacts are not imported to the Outlook Contacts folder, they are imported to your Mac. You have to drag or move contacts under "On My Computer" to Contacts folder in your mailbox. Then you can check them from OWA to make sure contacts are imported successfully.
