I'm installing application it show error of 1601, when i use services.msc the window installer option are not there, i download reg file and create still error

About this error, it could be that you have a corrupted registry file which is why it is not being detected when you are running the services.msc.
I suggest you try checking by doing the following steps first:
- Press windows key + R
- Type: sfc /scannow
- Wait for it to complete and then restart your PC.
Once done, try installing the app again and see if there are still errors and check the services.msc.
