Unfortunately, you can't self‑enroll into volume licensing with just the email address, because access is controlled by the licensing agreement owner. To access Microsoft Volume Licensing tied to your @jadecouture.com account, you must sign in through the Microsoft 365 admin center (Volume Licensing section) or the Business Center portal: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/commerce/licenses/vl-sign-in?view=o365-worldwide
If your account is not recognized, you’ll need your organization’s licensing administrator or reseller to add you. It means you’ll need to request that your organization’s volume licensing administrator re‑invite you.
