When you share a personal OneDrive file with someone using their email address, that person will only have access to the specific file you shared with them. They will not be able to see any other files in your OneDrive unless you explicitly share those files with them as well. By default, files stored in OneDrive are private and only accessible by you, unless you choose to share them.
File Sharing
If I share a personal OneDrive file with someone using their email address, will that someone be able to see OneDrive files other than the one I shared? I've read some posts on social media indicating that they can which is obviously concerning.

No, that's not possible. They can only access the files you intentionally shared with them. Sharing doesn’t give them visibility into your whole OneDrive, just the specific file or folder you selected. What I normally do is create a folder and put the file I want to share inside it, ensuring that’s the only location that is shared. If really needed, you can delete the links of previously shared items by opening the Shared section > By You > Click the three dots > Manage access > Links and delete the link so the URL will not be accessible to others.
