Our Azure MySQL Flexible Server is currently stuck in a Disabled state. All management actions—including Start, Restart, Stop, and Pause—are grayed out and unavailable. We are unable to bring the database online. This issue is impacting our environment, and we need assistance to restore the server to a running state as soon as possible.

Please investigate why the MySQL server is stuck and provide guidance or corrective action to recover the instance.

    Hello Parvesh Kumar

Following up on the discussion, the Azure Database for MySQL Flexible Server in the Azure portal is stuck in the disabled state.

As mentioned, we attempted to take PITR with AMD SKU and helped to get the server back online.

I hope this has been helpful!
