Trying to deploy Azure Database for MySql flexible server but it fails every time regardless of region (we'd prefer UK South or North Europe but we've tried many more to test) or api version (we've tried 5.7, 8.0, 8.4 and 9.4).
I have seen in previous questions/other forums that our subscription may be capped/limited and we need to submit a request but this is our first ever project using azure.

Could you please try deploying in another region, such as US West 3.
