request to Merge Microsoft Learn Profiles

Dear Team,

I currently have two Gmail accounts:

• <Mod remove PII> @gmail.com
• <Mod remove PII> @gmail.com

My organization account is <Mod remove PII> @insight.com. I would like to merge these profiles under <Mod remove PII> @gmail.com on Microsoft Learn. Moved from Microsoft 365 and Office | Other

I completely understand how important it is to keep your learning progress and achievements consolidated in one place for easier access and tracking.

Currently Microsoft Learn does not support merging multiple profiles or accounts into a single profile. Each account remains separate to maintain data integrity and security. The best approach is to continue using the account where most of your learning progress is stored. If you need to update your primary email or manage linked accounts you can do this by visiting your Microsoft Learn profile settings and adjusting your preferred sign-in method.
