MySQL server not starting and page showing error

Our Azure MySQL Flexible Server is currently stuck in a Disabled state. All management actions—including Start, Restart, Stop, and Pause—are grayed out and unavailable. We are unable to bring the database online. This issue is impacting our environment, and we need assistance to restore the server to a running state as soon as possible.

Please investigate why the MySQL server is stuck and provide guidance or corrective action to recover the instance.

I think we need to do the same for this server as well and it will resolve the problem.
