suspicion email received from Microsoft

Question

I received the following email from so called Microsoft. I am not sure if it is a fishing or it is really from Microsoft. When I click on the link it wants my email, my password and the zip code.

Please let me know if it is really coming from Microsoft as when I click on the update link it takes me to another site not Microsoft.

As you can see, this email is sent from aol.com, which is a non-Microsoft platform, anyone can sign up an email address there and send you this.

This is 100% scam.
