Pinning Screens During Meeting

Is there any way for individuals logged in as guests in Microsoft TEAM to utilize the Pin Screen features?

Hi MeganDrew-2172,

This feature is supported for guest now.

I tested in the latest version 1.3.00.19565. Guest can pin other’s screen as below:

I tried using the feature and it would only allow me to pin my screen, but not the screens of other participants- the PINs were not beside their names in the participants list.

I did a test again, and when logged as a guest, I tried to pin and as you can see from the picture, the pin feature is whited out so I can't select it.

What kind of client do you use?

I tested in both desktop client and Microsoft Edge. They are all good with this feature. The desktop client’s version is 1.3.00.21956(64-bit).

According to your image, it seems a web client. You can refer to this link to choose a fully supported web client to try again.
