Hello,

My computer has been stuck on the Windows Recovery Bluescreen for an ungodly amount of time. I get Error Code 8007139f, no matter what I try to do. Ive tried restarting, startup repair, uninstalling updates, system repairs, command prompts, etc., and it all leads back to the "Restart your PC to try again", error code 8007139f screen.

    Hi TabithaR,

The error code 0x8007139F typically indicates a problem with the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) or related security hardware on your computer.

Your BIOS or its settings might be changed then causing the problem. Please try these suggestions bellow:

    • Reset your BIOS.
    • Double check the TPM is enabled.
    • Try toggling Secure Boot options, along with reset factory keys and use custom keys.

If this is not your case, please feel free to let me know and I will provide you further assistance.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi!

Without more details or files to analyze, the cause becomes difficult to find. In these cases, a series of trial-and-error solutions are necessary.

This type of problem can be caused by software (Windows problems) or even hardware (a defect in some part). I had a similar problem a few days ago, but in my case the defect was in the computer's power supply.

To better understand your scenario, answer the following questions:

    1. Have you recently replaced or added any parts to your computer? Or have you moved the computer to a different power outlet?
    2. Have you recently installed any updates, programs, or games?
    3. Did this problem occur overnight? Or was it after some event?
    4. Did the problem occur after a power outage?
    5. Have you tried booting into Safe Mode?
    6. Have you had any BIOS updates for your computer recently?
    7. Do you have any USB devices connected besides the mouse and keyboard, such as a printer, microphone, webcam, speakers, flash drive, joystick...? If so, remove all peripherals and leave only the mouse and keyboard connected.
