MS teams is good for calendar

Question

our company want to have a calendar for booking a conference room , the requirement is very simple.

just would like to ask teams is good for use as calendar ?

I know outlook calendar can do that , I tried it , but it is rather complicate for us , teams can do the calendar ?

Hi Derek,

I would suggest that a resource account in Exchange is the better way of achieving this.

That way it is available as a bookable resource in Outlook to everyone in the organisation.

The Teams Calendar, while improving as functionality is being added, is not there yet in my opinion.

Alternatively, you could consider a SharePoint Calendar that could be shared in Teams as a Tab in a channel?

I’m afraid that Teams dose not support this feature now. Microsoft Teams is the hub for team collaboration in Office 365.
