Why can't some Guests access the Team?

I've emailed invitations to a number of Guests. They've accepted the invitations, but not all of them have access to the Team.

    Are there any error messages for those guests who do not have access to the Team?

    Oddly, no error messages. However, it appears all users eventually gained access over the course of 48-72 hours without additional intervention.
