Hello,

Is there any way to escalate getting an answer about NC/ND series compute access for a person with Microsoft for Startup credits?

It seems that every region has been blocked. The startup requires inferencing AI speech models and would like to get set up with Microsoft Azure instead of other competitors.

Please advise.
