teams doesn't work: no meetings icon in the app

I cannot manage video conferencing through teams. I do not have meetings icon in teams app. I have also the problem in microsoft outook: when I try to menage a meeting with tema icon in calendar, I receive a pop up with "it is not possible to set up meeting. Try later".

If you are the licensed user in Microsoft Teams, this issue may related to the meeting policy setting for users. In this case, we recommend you try to sign in Teams admin center and check all policies that assigned to your account to see if the meeting feature has been disabled for you:

Besides, it is a good choice to see if you can use Teams web App and Outlook Web app to schedule the meeting normally.
