hi. i am having issues with my teams. when i am signing in it askes me for a 8 digit code that was sent to : undefined. how do i do i receive this code?

It recommends you re-setup the multi-factor authentication as the following article:

Follows the below steps to disable multi-factor authentication:

1. Go to the Office 365 admin center.
2. Go to Users > Active users.
3. Click on Multi-factor authentication tab option (in new admin center).
4. Select your user
5. Click Disable on the right side.
