My computer is currently unable to recognize my TI-Nspire CX II calculator as a usable device. The calculator and cable are brand new out of the box. I am currently using Windows 10, version 10.0.19041. When plugged in the calculator will show up in the devices and printers window as an unspecified device. I have removed the device and associated drivers multiple times, followed by a computer reset. I have checked for, and installed any driver updates. I have tried using all three of my USB ports, which were verified good by using other USB devices. How do i go about fixing this issue?

I need to get windows 10 ti nspire cx II drivers, I believe it is outdated as the driversI downloaded from the website are for WIndows XP ( 2001 edition )

Make sure to have TI Link Software uninstalled as that causes a conflict.

Why is this? I have had a similar issue, I need to reinstall OS but my calculator is not being recognized.
