Is there any workaround about random WinVerifyTrust returned error: 0x80096011 when using signtool.exe?

In random cases signtool.exe refuse to sign binary with WinVerifyTrust returned error: 0x80096011.
However, if add /rmc flag and sign with sha1 - signature if fine. But not fine for sha256.
If rebuild SAME project without any changes - sign fine for both alorithms without /rmc
