while some of PC even can not connect to internet

I'd suggest asking the network administrators or internet service provider for help.

    Hi,

According to your issue, please provide the following informations so I can specifically narrowdown the areas in which you should be looking for problems.

    1. What type of VPN application is being? Microsoft or third-party VPN ?
    2. Are there any error messages seen? If so, what are the error messages what is the error code?
    3. Can you access the VPN server from an external network?
    4. Check to see whether users can establish VPN connectivity

Not all VPN problems involve connection failures. Sometimes, users can connect, but they can't access network resources. Determining whether the user can establish VPN connectivity will help you narrow down the areas in which you should be looking for problems.

    1. Do you have the internal and external NICs on the VPN server configured correctly? Are they in different subnets? Does the external NIC connect to the correct interface on your firewall?
    2. Check for or policies preventing connectivity and firewall rules:

a.Check the Active Directory Users and Computers console to verify that the user has been given permission to log in remotely respectively if ‘’Ignore user account dial-in properties’’ is configured on the NPS Network Policy.

    Hello,

Can you share which update installed recently on these devices. Also, try running Network Adapter troubleshooter and let me what it reports back.

    Regards.

    Hi,

I want to ask what's the version of your computer? Is it win10-2004? Because 'No Internet Access' seems to be a known issue reported by many users. It will appear when your device is connected to the router correctly but it would seem like Windows 10 cannot connect to the internet.

If that's your situation, you can open ‘Registry Editor’, navigate to “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet”
Modify “EnableActiveProbing” and change the value from ‘0’ to ‘1’.
