Teams for Linux is back to 2x2 grid video call again., Give us updates !!!!

Question

It's been 3 months since we were told that there will be a snap version, never got it.
3 x3 call grid was there only for sometime and now we get 2x2 again while on group call.
No raise hand feature or new call UI
No pop out chat feature ( very important).

and the most important question... 2 months since last update and not even an insider version is released since then, so what is going on with Linux version ?
8 months have gone in 2020 and only 2 updates ?

again someone will reply with a ready made answer which won't answer any question I have asked above.
