How to reinstall windows 10 and microsoft suite onto a lenovo laptop with a complete factory reset?

Hi,
I am about to go to university and want to speed up my laptop, and I think the quickest way for me to do this is to do a complete factory reset, and just reinstall what I need back onto the laptop. The laptop originally came with windows 8, but had a free update to windows 10 when we bought it. There are 2 accounts currently on the laptop, the account I use for school, and the admin account. I have access to both but prefer to use the aforementioned one. However, the admin account and the other user account have different Microsoft accounts logged in, with the settings saying that windows is linked to my Microsoft account. When I do a factory reset, and reinstall windows 10 and the Microsoft suite, do I have to use the account logged in on the admin account, or should my personal account work fine? Will I need any passwords or product keys to reinstall (I am not wishing to keep any files), or should it be ok to do as is said on the Microsoft website, log in with my Microsoft account?

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Resetting your PC wipes out all user information and settings, including user account.
It’s ok to reset as is said on the Microsoft website.

When you start up again, just follow the setup steps to log in with your Microsoft account, it has nothing to do with previous accounts.
If the manufacturer's factory pre-installed system is activated, it will also be active after reset, so you don't need to activate it again.
