I need to change the export resolution in powerpoint. I have done it before, however now it tells me to locate the registry subkey below. I have Powerpoint for Office 365. This subkey is not there. What do I do?

Locate one of the following registry subkeys, depending on the version of PowerPoint that you're using:

PowerPoint 2016, 2019, PowerPoint for Microsoft 365

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\PowerPoint\Options

PowerPoint Management
PowerPoint Management
PowerPoint: A family of Microsoft presentation graphics products that offer tools for creating presentations and adding graphic effects like multimedia objects and special effects with text.Management: The act or process of organizing, handling, directing or controlling something.

    Hi, @tammy fortune
You can create a new 32-bit DWORD value named "ExportBitmapResolution" in options, modify the value, select decimal in the dialog box, and enter the desired resolution value in the value, the reference table is as follows:
    176676-image.png
    176767-image.png

For details, you can refer to this link: change-export-slide-resolution
Note: Changing the registry may have unknown consequences, be sure to back up the registry.

    Hello, CeasarChenMSFT-3458:

I am having the same problem; I tried your solution, after which I restarted my computer. Powerpoint still saves the slide as 96 dpi. Any other suggestions?
