Few months back our remote printing broke, I assume due to an update.
Users are unable to print remotely anymore, we have been getting around this by having local users print then scanning it to the remote user.
I have tried everything I can fine online to resolve this. Any suggestion would be great.

Have you checked with the printer's manufacturer?
