Hi,

We have a Tabular Model structured to store data from multiple entities in AAS Tabular Model. All tables will carry an Entity Code to identify the Entity Data. We have users belonging to different entities and they can see only the data from their own entities which we were able to achieve using User table with corresponding entity code and Row Level Security filter based on this user table.

We also have superusers who can view all entities but only one entity at a time. This is were we end up with problem. We're not able to filter all the tables by entity code for the current selected entity (or a default entity if nothing selected) in the Entity Table. This Entity table is a standalone table without any relation to any other tables in the model. Please Help.

Thanks.

Thanks @Babu Kumar for sharing additional details. I got an update from Product team that it is not possible to implement in tabular model and they suggested to do the same in reporting. I can think of adding a single select entity filter to super users to restrict their ability to view one at a time and using different report view for various users by using bookmarks. I would recommend you to post in Power BI technical forums as well for expert ideas to implement it in reporting.

    Hope this helps!
