I'm trying to source data in a comma-delimited file from an Azure Gen2 Storage account using Flexible File Source task. The connection succeeds but Preview of data is blank.

I'm trying to pull data from ADLS Gen2 using the SSIS Flexible File Source task. I'm getting blank results when trying to view the data in the Columns tab of the dialog.24200-flexible-file-source-advanced-editor.png

    Hi @atrapp ,

Could you please share the screen shot of the Flexible File Source Editor?

Please check if you set the connection manager correctly.

We can refer to Flexible File Source.

    Best Regards,
    Mona

    Hi @atrapp ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thanks for posting the query.

I was able to reproduce this issue when the folder path or the file name is incorrect though the storage connection is fine. As it cannot locate the file and hence metadata/columns information of the file cannot be seen. Please find below snap for testing I have used and it worked for me. Please re-check the folder path, file name and kindly check it with any other simple folder path and another file as well to confirm the issue. Below is the snap where it worked for me.

Please let us know if issue persists or for further queries and we will be glad to assist.
