AppRegistrations - What is the meaning of the color in each appplication? What is the meaning of read?

I would like to know if the colors have some meaning in the application.
I don't know if red is an alert..

Colors doesn't represent health of the app and red doesn't represent any alert of anything critical about the app. The color is randomly generated if you do not upload logo image for the app. You can upload a logo image to be displayed here by uploading the image under branding section of the app.

Note: The image file for the logo must meet the following requirements:

• Image dimensions of 94 x 94 or 215x215 pixels.
• Uses file type .bmp, .jpg, or .png.
• File size less than 100 KB.
