Vector128.ToVector256Unsafe<T>(Vector128<T>) Method

Definition

Converts the given vector to a new Vector256<T> with the lower 128-bits set to the value of the given vector and the upper 128-bits left uninitialized.

public static System.Runtime.Intrinsics.Vector256<T> ToVector256Unsafe<T> (this System.Runtime.Intrinsics.Vector128<T> vector) where T : struct;
public static System.Runtime.Intrinsics.Vector256<T> ToVector256Unsafe<T> (this System.Runtime.Intrinsics.Vector128<T> vector);

Type Parameters

T

The type of the input vector.

Parameters

vector
Vector128<T>

The vector to extend.

Returns

A new Vector256<T> with the lower 128-bits set to the value of vector and the upper 128-bits left uninitialized.

Exceptions

The type of vector (T) is not supported.
