Gets or sets the foreground color of the section.

A string that represents the foreground color of the section.
Exceptions
The string in a set operation is null, Empty, or consists only of whitespace characters.
Remarks
The value of the ForegroundColor property is a hexadecimal color string. The default value is "#000000", or Color.Black.
