What is Dynamics 365?

Dynamics 365 is a set of intelligent business applications that helps you run your entire business and deliver greater results through predictive, AI-driven insights. Choose one, some, or all. Dynamics 365 applications are made to work together—and with your existing systems—for a comprehensive solution that connects your entire business. So you connect with every customer.

Release plans

Find out what's coming with the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform release plans. Together they provide information about all new features releasing over the upcoming six months. The plans are updated monthly and available both online and in a printable PDF format, and via the Release planner.

Proven customer stories

Do you want to find examples of how other organizations got a business solution that is right for them? On the Microsoft Customer Stories website, you can choose the Search action, and then apply filters for customer stories with Dynamics 365, customer stories in the languages that you want, customer stories for your industry or organizational size, for example. Try it out, and learn from the success of others.

For example, this link opens the Microsoft Customer Stories website in English (US) with a filter for customer stories with Dynamics 365: https://aka.ms/Dynamics365CustomerStories.

You can then set a filter for the relevant language, such as Portuguese, to view the customer stories that are available in that language.
