Install ZoomInfo app

The ZoomInfo app for Dynamics 365 helps sales teams accelerate business growth with accurate contact and account information in their preferred Dynamics 365 Sales workflows.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have a license to use the ZoomInfo app.

Install the app

As a Dynamics 365 administrator, install the ZoomInfo app so administrators can configure export and mapping settings, and sellers can search for and export ZoomInfo data to Dynamics 365 Sales workflows.

  1. Go to the Microsoft commercial marketplace and search for the ZoomInfo app.
  2. Open the ZoomInfo app page and select Contact me.
  3. Sign in with the email address of the account you want to use when acquiring apps on Marketplace.
    ZoomInfo sends a solution package for installation.
  4. After you receive the solution package, download it to your local computer.
  5. Sign in to the Power Apps portal and choose the organization in which you want to install the ZoomInfo app.
  6. On the home page, select Solution from the left navigation pane.
  7. On the solutions page, select Import and browse to where you downloaded the solution package.
  8. Select the package and then select Install.

    Note

    Installation of the solution package can take up to 15 minutes to complete.

  9. When the installation finishes, the ZoomInfo app appears on the Dynamics 365 apps page.

Can't find the feature in your app?

There are a few possibilities:

  • You don't have the necessary license to use this feature. Check out the comparison table and the licensing guide to see which features are available with your license.
  • You don't have the necessary security role to use this feature.
  • Your administrator hasn't turned on the feature.
  • Your organization is using a custom app. Check with your administrator for exact steps. The steps described in this article are specific to the out-of-the-box Sales Hub and Sales Professional apps.
