The connector enhances the adoption process of a frictionless solution for retailers by simplifying the integration with AiFi. Retailers can now easily deploy this solution without the hassle of manual integration, thanks to the connector's straightforward jump-start deployment.

For users in the process of implementing Dynamics 365 Commerce or those who have already done so, the AiFi to Dynamics 365 Commerce connector assist to:

  • Maintain single source of truth: Maintain the master data required for transactions centrally in Dynamics 365 Commerce and periodically transfer it to AiFi to guarantee data consistency.

  • Maintain each transaction centrally: Every transaction initiated by customer interactions in AiFi is smoothly integrated into Dynamics 365 Commerce by logging each one as a sales order within Commerce.

  • Provide real-time pricing benefits: The system guarantees that real-time pricing is applied to each transaction in Dynamics 365 Commerce, taking into account the mix of customer, products, retail store, and the exact date and time the transaction is created.

  • View your traffic in a single dashboard: The template comes with a central dashboard where you can use the filters intuitively to have a time-stamped view of traffic within your store and processing time of transactions.
