Column headers
Dynamic column header text
Power BI doesn't support conditional formatting for column header text. Column header text can't be dynamically adjusted based on measures. To dynamically control which columns appear in any visual, use field parameters.
Hierarchy-level formatting
You can't format each hierarchical level of column headers individually. Formatting applies to the lowest hierarchy level under the specific column's Apply to header setting, and upper levels inherit settings from the general Column headers formatting options. Format the lowest level to the style you want, and the upper levels match it.
