Azure Managed Applications - Selling via Azure Marketplace

Hi

We have a partner account already. To sell an app/services via the Azure Marketplace I assume we need to add and sign up to the "cloud solution provider program". Can I check if this incurs any further costs over and above the partner subscription fee?

Other than developing an app/service, of course, are there any other stipulations that are required before an app can be offered in the Marketplace?
