error 0x800f0831 when updating windows 10 21H2

Hi All,

It's been now weeks I am struggling with an update on windows 10 version 21H2 I really need to install a sofware for my work.

I have copied part of the logs but I don't know how to fix the missing part....

your help will be highly appreciated :)

    Hi @MAHINC Christophe

    Try the following in cmd prompt (Run As Adminstrator):

    1) DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    2) sfc /scannow

    After the commands have been completed, try updating Windows 10.

    Before performing the in place upgrade please perform the following steps:

    1) Uninstall any of these non-Microsoft software using the applicable uninstall tool:
    a) antivirus
    b) firewall
    c) drive encryption

    2) Disconnect non-essential hardware:
    (only have attached one monitor, mouse, and keyboard)
    (disconnect all non-windows drives)

    3) Place the computer into clean boot:
