Why does when I print using word 2010 it can't print the footer? But when I use PDF, it can print until to the footer, in A4 bondpaper to be specific.

Your problem is more related to office. I would remove "office-teams-windows-itpro" tag and add as "office-word-itpro". Hope you get better response.

May be that the printer does not allow printing the footer too close to the page margins. To solve, you could try to select "Fit" instead of "Actual Size".
Most printers have a nonprinting area which means that they can't print to the edge of the paper.
If you do convert the document to PDF, can you then print it?
Yeah, when I convert the word to PDF I can now print the footer.
I can also print the footer if I higher the footer from bottom to 1.5"

Well, you can't be sure that a layout which is working for Letter format will always work with A4 (and vice versa).
Also, for a given printer (and paper format) you can figure out the nonprinting area by setting margins to zero. Word will then offer to adjust the margins to the smallest possible minimum.
Yea that's my problem coz nothing pops up that out of margin but when I print it can't print the footer in a4 size it sucks
