Azure Cognitive Services Face API Request is Still Pending -[Application ID 6292]

Hi,
We have Applied for Azure Cognitive Services Face API on Oct 20th(-[Application ID 6292]) and still haven't heard back on it. How can we expediate this request? we are chasing a deadline for our POC.
