You'll need to create a billing support request.

I used my previous company account to create a Microsoft Azure free account to learn MS Azure AI. but I left the company and my company account was terminated few weeks ago. Currently, I receive the billing of Azure subscription with over AUD 200.

How can I access the Azure portal for the refund request? Looking forward to all of your advice soon.

    Thanks!
