Connection to Azure SQL Managed instance fails.. sometimes
Hi,
I have put up a managed instance, and everything seems to work fine. I can work with it with SQL Management studio on a VM in a different cloud with no problems. (We have set up a site-to-site VPN). Then out of a sudden, the instance wont react. When I try to reconnect it times out with this error message:

A transport-level error has occurred when receiving results from the server. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The semaphore timeout period has expired.) (.Net SqlClient Data Provider)
"
There are no IPs beeing blocked in our firewall and everything looks fine.
I really struggle to find out what the issue might be. Any help is appriciated.
