Azure Stack Hub Certificates - Multiple CA's?

I have an Azure Stack Hub in a disconnected configuration which has been installed with certificates generated by an internal CA. All is well with the current solution however for regulatory compliance I need to replace the certificates for the Azure Stack Hub portal addresses and my ADFS server with certificates generated by a different Certificate Authority. Is it ok to have portal address and ADFS certs from one CA and all other Azure Stack Hub certs from another?
