Is it possible to add MS Access to an Intune device that already has Office 365 Apps installed but without adding to all other users install.

We have one Office install on Intune for all our users, it does not have MS Access. We need to install MS Access to one user, is it possible to have a second office app installed (that just contains Access)

    This is what I will do. Setup another Microsoft 365 apps suite containing Access using the xml option requiring removal of the existing installation of apps. Deploy as normal.

    @MrGlossop, Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    For Microsoft 365 app, multiple Microsoft 365 deployments are not currently supported. Only one deployment will be delivered to the device.

    For our situation, you can add the user into one group and exclude the assignment for the previous M365 app, remove the previous apps and then deploy the new Microsoft 365 app include Microsoft Access in a new deployment to include this group.
